Banbury, Chipping Norton and North Oxfordshire Labour was previously mostly in the Banbury & Bicester Constituency, with the Chipping Norton area being part of the Witney Constituency.

This changed in 2023 when the old Constituency Labour Party (CLP) was amended in anticipation of boundary changes at the next general election.
