Labour’s Cherwell Pledges

If elected, we pledge to:

• Provide more genuinely affordable housing on new build sites across Cherwell
• Encourage private landlords to retrofit more existing homes within the District
• Demand more from developers on sustainability and net-zero carbon emissions
• Reinvigorate Bicester town centre by making it a Community-led Improvement District (CID)
• Improve air quality by replacing Cherwell District Council’s vehicles and licensed taxis with electric vehicles.
