Matt is from south-west London originally, but has lived in Banbury Cross & Neithrop ward for nearly 15 years now. His son and daughter were born in the Horton General Hospital in Banbury, and he is committed to protecting the services at that excellent institution.

Matt is a keen advocate of proper, swift and effective climate action. As someone who has been “harping on” about climate change since the 80s and has seen the predictions that were made then come true now, he supports ambitious targets for a carbon-zero Cherwell.
